The present Code of Good Practices wants to be a self-regulation instrument for the sector of changes and/or warehouse, vew that allows to adapt the lega norml to problematic and characteristic needs of the sector. Its implantation has as objective to promote the quality of the activity developed by the professionals in a frame of loyal competition and increasing as well the level of protection of the rights of the consumers and users, included its economic and social interest. In addition, the professionals whose adhere to this Code assure, among other aspects, to realize a suitable self-control of the developed activity, like instrument of improvement of services to their clients, contributing so to guarantee their necessities and expectations. |
