General Assembly It is the assembly of the members, made up with an aim of deliberating and of adopting agreements on the businesses which are of their competence, binding the adopted decisions to all the members of the co-operative of consumers and users. The General Assembly will have to determine the general policy of the co-operative. The agreements in the topics included in its competence are made obligatory, and its competence are not transmissible. The Directing Council It is the internal organization to which corresponds high management, the supervision of the directors and the representation of the co-operative. The President and the Vice-president of the Directing Council will be also the ones of the co-operative, they will be its legal representation, and will be able to confer and revoke delegations of the Rep, the general manager or equivalent charge. This by always registering any modification of the representation capacities, in the Register of Co-operative Companies. |
